Free parking is available at neuw west. Rooms are cosy and clean. Also paid breakfast was good. Staff absolutely amazing they are very helpful.

We liked the ambience in the reception. Rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Staff were very pleasant especially Arty and Fi on the evening shift. They really excelled at customer service. So friendly, cheerful, and they definitely made us feel welcome and added to our visit to Amsterdam. We will definitely come back to Citiez Hotel 👍

The hotel is well-connected to public transport, making it easy to reach the airport and major attractions. A market area and several supermarkets are located nearby for added convenience. The staff is exceptionally helpful and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this accommodation.

It is perfect for a self-drive trip and offers free parking in an indoor parking lot not far from the hotel. There is a public transportation station near the hotel, making it very convenient to travel to the city center of Amsterdam. The hotel’s breakfast is also good, and the value for money is definitely great.

The location is great, it's a simple 5 minute tram ride from the city centre yet in a nice, quiet location.

Close to public transport to and from Amsterdam City Centre and Schipol Airport. Friendly staff that goes out of their way to assist. Situated within a shopping centre so close to supermarket, pharmacy etc. The room was large enough for 2 adults, 2 kids and our 7 suitcases.

Staff were lovely and extraordinarily accommodating. Very clean, cosy and easily accessible. The hotel is halfway between Schiphol Airport and the city centre, with plenty of tramlines nearby. Loved our stay!
