The beds were VERY comfortable. Room was relatively big for Europe standard. All inclusive concept is great. It was difficult to leave the lobby with the open bar and free cheese platter every day. Staff were great. Gave some really good restaurant suggestions.

Staff - So accommodating, friendly and just so nice. Location - perfect and easy to get to from airport Breakfast - so so so very nice. Room - perfect size for 2. Lovely bathroom. Quiet.

This unique hotel is situated in central Amsterdam and our room was extremely comfortable with a view of one of the canals. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the inclusive bar, snacks and the daily cheese trolley all added to the special, unique experience of staying at Banks Mansion.

Really liked the quirkiness of the hotel, I’d read loads of reviews but was left a little underwhelmed - I thought the bar would be manned and was looking forward to the cocktails that were mentioned 🤔really good choice of drinks and lovely touches with the cheese and biscuits 👍had read about socks 🧦 but never saw any!

This boutique hotel is located in a fantastic area, making it easy to explore the city. The room was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, professional. The breakfast buffet was tasteful.

The hotel had a wonderful ambience and the Art Deco decoration was quirky and comfy. The beds were THE most comfortable I have ever had and the pillows were like clouds! The staff were attentive friendly warm and accommodating also informative. The bar and lounge area was brilliant and the cheese trolley sweets, cookies etc were a fantastic surprise! The location was perfect and the toiletries were good on sensitive skin. The bathroom was large and clean. The room was cosy. The aircon was perfect lovely bedding and fluffy towels, dressing-gown, slippers etc. We loved the location of our room as could see the street and the canal. The breakfast and freshly cooked eggs were wonderful. We ate out at a local steakhouse and this was booked for us at reception as was the taxi to the airport (the driver and car were also lovely). The mini bar and snacks in the room were a nice touch - although we had no need to use them. The fresh tea downstairs was also lovely. There was no bottled water in the room but a note to say you could drink the tap water and we did and it was fine :-)
