I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the service at the hotel. I had a fairly early morning flight, and I asked the staff to prepare an early breakfast. I expected to be served a maximum of coffee and croissants, but I was completely astonished when the hotel staff prepared a first-class breakfast for me and my daughter. The general service, the hospitality of the staff and the interior of the hotel deserve my admiration. Unfortunately, I had very little time in Amsterdam, and I would like to stay longer, especially at this hotel. Undisputedly, a 5 star hotel.

Really nice atmosphere, a real home away from home. Nice cosy bar and sitting area, good breakfast. Very friendly. The room was not very big but fine. A little bit of street noise from about 7am but not loud for a city. I was working in the area near the south station, about 20' pleasant walk away, and the position is closer to the central part of Amsterdam, so quite convenient.

Friendly and helpful Staff, Location just a short walk to town, quiet, the room was large comfortable and clean, we had a really nice stay and would recommend this hotel to friends
