The property itself was gorgeous the room was brilliant. Location was a little far out but easy to travel by tram. Staff were very accommodating.

Close to Artis and 10min walk to the Nieuwmarkt. Nice cafe on the corner right and good breakfast cafe to the left.

Convenient for getting into the centre by tram, nice restaurants nearby. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Two rooms in one. Easy access to city from outside hotel. Lovely touch of decorating room simply for a birthday with free chocolates and prosecco.

Hotel was clean and nice coffee shop beside it. Location is lovely, tram outside the door which was perfect, number 14 brings you into central station. Shower was lovely, bathroom was modern and spacious. I stayed in a quadruple room, it had loads of space and the beds were very comfortable. Rooms were nice and warm and cosy.

Location is great. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The Holocaust Museum is right next door. Artisplein park and zoo is within walking distance. Staff are nice especially David. Facilities are good. The complimentary Stroopwafel was a nice touch.

Some of the staff were friendly but not all of them. The breakfast staff were nice but not all of the reception staff were friendly. We enjoyed breakfast, though it was expensive for what we ate. The coffee was really nice and the selection of food, though not huge, was more than adequate. The location of the hotel was good as it had a tram stop right outside.
