The location was excelent, near from the downtown, but far enough from the crowded and noisy area. The restaurant was really cool with good breakfast. Best personal atenttion in our whole trip, always able to solve any problem.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even recommending some great local restaurants and cafés. Excellent breakfast, in particular Chef Leandro’s omelettes were delicious. Location was great. The hotel is situated on a quiet street with a tram stop located close by. Lots of great restaurants and must see locations within walking distance.

It is a very trendy boutique hotel. Attention to the details and beautiful designed rooms. Spectacular interior design with a feeling of fairytale and romantic atmosphere, especially in the bar area and restaurant. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom with a top quality sanitarware and very beautiful wallpapers.. It was worth to be there every second of our precious time. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel and we will look forward to stay again in Mercier or other Vondel hotels in the future.. It was a short stay, but time seems stoped there... It was a special occasion and it was a perfect place to be. Thank you very much the personal of the hotel for the care...

We loved this hotel. I stayed in the duplex suite with friends. The building is gorgeous and so chic. The bar and breakfast areas are beautiful and the breakfast team were accomodating and super friendly. Our room was quiet, comfortable, as were the beds and the temperature was great. Although there was limited privacy from each other in the room we were staying in (open plan bathrooms etc), we are close friends so that wasn't a problem. Two of us slept on the bed and two in the sofa bed which was already made up and very comfortable. We really loved our stay here and would definitly be back.

Excellent location for walking and public transport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Decoration was fresh and interesting. There was loud music coming from a next door room at midnight but when I raised it, it was instantly and effectively dealt with. I will definitely return.

This was hands down one the best value hotels for the money on our trip. Large rooms, great service, very quite at night, all the amenities of a 5 star hotel.

Gorgeous property and generous sized room for Amsterdam. The location was perfect, the parking nearby was easy to arrange, and the staff kindly let us use the loading bay to get our baby and luggage out of the car.
