Even though the booking was very spontaneous and short term, the staff was already informed upon arrival about my booking. Check in hence went smooth and fast. The location couldn't have been better, even though it's by nature a rather touristy area.

It was easy to find. Tram 12 ran along at the end of the street to and from Central Station. Easy to navigate to famous landmarks like Anne Frank House, Madame Trouseau, Dam Square, Canal Cruises, etc. Reception was open 24/7, and nothing was a problem. Beautiful smiles and extremely helpful ladies. Made me feel welcome. Bed was comfortable. Room had a safe space to hang clothes. Heater came on at night. Good wifi. Could use space downstairs and make a cuppa. There was also a lift available. TV worked.

Very friendly staff, ideal location, rooms were small but this is to be expected in Amsterdam. Also they had two adorable kittens in the lobby, personal highlight😸

At very short notice (10 mins) the hotel was able to accommodate a group of 5 students. The shared room was great value for money, perfectly located, clean and comfortable.
