Beautiful building and inside, our room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very good location easy to get to everywhere, lovely sights to see around Amstel river. Close to the train and metro stops everything very easy to get to. We didn’t even need the train or metro just easy to walk everywhere.

Our stay at this Amsterdam flat was absolutely delightful! The location was incredibly convenient, and we loved spending time on the balcony overlooking the charming neighborhood. The apartment was cozy, warm, and impeccably clean—fresh towels were provided daily, our bed was made, and even the dishes were washed for us. The kitchenette was a fantastic addition, giving us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was wonderful—kind, helpful, and very communicative, even going out of their way to help us with our bags up the stairs. We’d happily stay here again!

House with a history (written by owner) who was very friendly and helpful. Had basic fridge, kettle, induction top so could do breakfasts. Security good.

Loved the history of the building and how Fokko met and chatted with us on the day of check-in/check-out! :) Thanks for the hospitality! Room was spacious and comfortable for 4, and loved how it came with a smart TV for netflix! The bedsheets were really soft and comfortable as well! The hotel was located in a quieter area, but we liked how peaceful it was. It was conveniently connected to city center via the trams!

Beautiful hotel in great location. The owner was very friendly & welcoming. We loved our room with private balcony and kitchen. Bathroom was super clean and fresh sheets + towels every day!

Good location, central, easy walking distance of museums and parks and to trams for public transport. Lovely modernised house with character and history. Very friendly and accommodating host, he even offered me his office to take an important call.
