Lovely rooms which were clean and nicely decorated, and included a fridge, kettle and smart TV. Great shower and free coffee from downstairs was a nice touch. We loved this location as it’s away from the tourist traps in the centre and near some great cafes, bars and restaurants.

I arrived early from South Africa and was made to feel right at home. Even though check in is in the afternoon, when I got there to drop off my bag, I was told that my room was ready! And I was lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room, and it had a beautiful view of the city. The fresh, free coffee downstairs in the lovely reception area is a bonus!

Excellent location - within walking distance of tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. Room was clean and tidy and good facilities for making tea/coffee in the morning in the room. Also liked the option of getting a coffee made in reception area. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

Staff is super helpful, friendly and welcoming. Special should out to the dog that "works" aroud reception, I think his name is Luck. The room was clean, very good shower. Amazing location.

Great location. No breakfast though they did serve great coffee in the reception area in the mornings. Extremely friendly, help and oh so nice staff. The room was a little small but suitable for my use. Would highly recommend.

Location was great - amazing bakery nearby and near canals. Free hot drinks from the reception during open hours Could hire bikes from the hotel I think? We didn’t need them/realise this but they were parked up outside hotel. Clean, nice aesthetic inside
