Convenient location close to the center. The hotel's location on an island between the canals, in close proximity to the strict old town of Amsterdam

property is in a really good location close to mainly everything, asked them to do something in the room for valentines, and they went out of there way to make the room looks nice

Our 3rd time here, was Lovely and clean, everything we needed for our stay, we had clean sheets and towels every day, we was on the second floor. Only 25 minute walk from the train station or very quick ride on the tram, easy to find, in a great area of Amsterdam, all the canals are beautiful, perfect coffeeshop next door and lots of food places around. Will definitely be back again.

Great location, nice room but too hot & the shower was a bit of a nightmare as it was a wet room & the floor was so wet all over when I had a shower, a bit slippy.

Very central, clean, beds changed. We arrived early in Amsterdam, 8am, and messaged them could we check in earlier, they said no but we could drop off our luggage at anytime, same when departing, we were able to leave our luggage there as our flight was at 9pm. Staff nice and helpful.

Central location on a quiet street but near to dam square. Comfortable beds and big deep bath.

The location of the hotel is good and easily reached via the 397 bus from Schiphol Airport. Trams are frequent and about 5 minutes walk from the hotel which has quite a few eateries within a short walk. The Hotel itself is quite nice although it does not have a lift so that should be bourn in mind if a person has limited mobility. The staff were very good and the cleaning was frequent and excellent. Free coffee is available but only until midday.

No breakfast available. Location good - lots of restaurants etc. and 10 mins by tram from the station etc.
