The location is excellent - just across the road from the train station and within walking distance to all the main sights. The breakfasts are good and coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available all day. Very friendly cosy atmosphere, attentive staff.

A charming, quirky Hotel within easy walking distance of Amsterdam Centraal Railway Station. Prepare to be greeted by a happy smiling face at the reception desk only too willing to share a yarn and point out the free coffee machine. Breakfast was not flash but adequate, and staff were always friendly.

The beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The location is amazing. The staff so friendly and helpful. The 24/7 coffee machine just so clever and convenient.

Excellent option in Amsterdam after getting an overnight train from Vienna. The A Train is across the road from Amsterdam Central Station and has everything you need for an inner city hotel stay. The staff were friendly and happy for us to leave our bags until check in time arrived. It was also great to be able to it down and have a coffee when we arrived.

The Atrain is a great hotel right near the station. It's quirky decor and very friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was simple but plenty to fill up on for a morning of exploring the city. The free coffee/tea/water was a nice touch, and available 24/7. The rooms aren't big, which is the norm for Amsterdam, but the beds were very comfortable. There is also a lift, which is super rare in Amsterdam. The price was good also for the time of year we went. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book here for our next visit to Amsterdam.

i highly recommend this hotel. The staff were excellent We arrived very early in the morning and gave us the room and free breakfast. They kindly explained places to visit. It could not be better. The place is so close to the train station that we didn't h have problems moving to the hotel with the huge and heavy suitcases. The ubicación is fantastic to visit the city. I can not speak better for this hotel and staff. The free breakfast is a bonus and the restaurant that is like a train museum is beautiful.
