The fine print
Please notice whenever a reservation is made for:
• 8 or more rooms per night,
• 16 or more people per night,
• booking value from € 4,000
this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodation will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodation will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the Studio or Apartment. This includes cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms situated on each floor of the Aparthotel. All individual guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. The credit card used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. The apartment is comfortable, very good mattresses and pillows. Strange enough, unlike most dutch buildings, the windows are small, so not much natural light. The staff was always very professional and very kind. The breakfast was yummy but with little variety of choice.

Everything was great: It's near to bus stop and tram station, and walking distance to the Amstelveen shopping center where we enjoyed some restaurants and ice skating. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are super kind. Highly recommended!

Large two bedroom with view over the area. Mini mart with stocks of snacks and drinks. Friendly staff and treat children well. Easy public transport to Amsterdam city centre.

Rooms are wide and have long ceilings, so those definitely felt comfortable. All equipments are new, the rooms are very nicely furnished. Hotel has a private use sauna which is great way for relax especially on cold days. The location is very good, short walking distance to shopping mall and tram to Amsterdam Centeral and area around the hotel is also very quite. Staffs were helpfull and kind. It was a very satisfactory and enjoyable stay for us.

We recently stayed in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Cityden Stadshart, and it was the perfect choice for our trip. Located just outside Amsterdam, this accommodation offered an ideal mix of convenience and tranquility. With excellent public transport options, we could easily reach the city center in under 20 minutes, yet we enjoyed a peaceful retreat when we returned to Stadshart. The apartment itself was fantastic—spacious, modern, and incredibly clean. Both bedrooms were generously sized with comfortable beds and ample storage. The living area was cozy yet stylish, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the dining area was perfect for sharing those moments together. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality amenities. The location couldn't have been better. Stadshart is a vibrant area with plenty to offer. The nearby shopping center had everything we needed, from luxury boutiques to grocery stores. We also enjoyed dining at the diverse restaurants and cafes just steps away. For some downtime, the nearby parks provided a peaceful escape. What truly made this stay exceptional was the attention to detail, the 24hrs gym and the friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this 2-bedroom apartment is a perfect base for exploring Amsterdam and its surroundings. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!
