We liked the space in the room and the location - near the forest for cycling in leisure time. Really near a good metro stop and a nice town centre. Helpful advice from staff about where to eat and the goat farm for breakfast (which was delightful!) I especially noticed how kind a member of staff was to a school girl when she came in at the end of the day. When I enquired about this she explained some Ukranian refugee families were staying. I was so glad to see the kindness and care shown in that brief interaction. Small acts of kindness. bravo.

Everything was perfect, convenient distance from the city center but in a quiet and peaceful district. The staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful. 24/7 desk service, amazing breakfast and really clean and spacious rooms. Would definitely pick this as my preferred place to stay again!

The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The location was good for this work trip. For a touristy holiday trip, it might be a bit far from the centre.

Fabulously big room, very comfortable bed, tram station is around the corner. Very clean and comfortable. I found this to be great value for money with really good staff and service

The size of the room, the bed, the little kitchen we had, but the most amazing thing about this place is the staff. They went far and beyond to help me find my AirPods which were left in bed and taken away with dirty laundry after my checkout. They searched the whole hotel and found the AirPods in the laundry and sent them to me by DHL. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants comfort and friendly staff.
