The staff was really friendly, we had to find quickly another room as our airbnb was a disappointment. They let us check-in and enter the room earlier as supposed. The tips that they gave us were to the point. Everyone was really kind and with the smile on the face, although they were working a lot of hours. The breakfast-buffet had a wide range of local delicacies. There was a bus station near the hotel, so that the centre was really easy to access.

Very good location in respect with down town. Not sufficient parking. Staff is trying to do their best!!!) Quite small room for three. Very good breakfast. Pool looks good but not visited.

Close to the beach, but if you want to fully enjoy Crete I’d recommend renting a car to visit better parts of the island.

Vanisko hotel really exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely amazing. From the car parked outside, you could leave the key at the reception and they would have moved it without even disturbing you and the car was always close to the entrance. The people of the hotel were the things I loved the most. From the people at the reception desk, always smiling and happy to help, to all the people of the restaurant, always available and nice. I really really loved it. I never seen such a high quality people in a hotel. Food was amazing with a large choice possibility. The swimming pool was outstanding and the room was so so so perfect. I got a free upgrade of the room and my room was literally stunning. Also all the cleaning ladies in the rooms where so nice and helpful. I really really reallly recommend this hotel. Quality price also was amazing.

Lovely pool. Nice room with A/C. Bus stop outside and the beaches were not to far at all. Huge supermarket near by and a fridge in the room.
