The hotel was fantastic for a girls getaway - beautiful hotel with plenty of space for relaxing either on the beach or by the pool. Half board includes a meal at their restaurant which is very good, as well as buffets for other evenings. We went mid October which was nice and quiet but it also meant we had the fitness instructor to ourselves for the various classes which was brilliant.

The food was fantastic and the attention to my wife's allergies by the maitre'd and the chef made everything even better. The staff all around was fantastic and the grounds and access to the beach and multiple pools made it so we never felt the need to leave. We are already planning on coming back next year

Absolutely amazing! That is serious 10/10. We have absolutelly no negiative remarks. the hotel exceeded expectations. Fantastic peope, service, food, premises, organisation, rooms, beds, everything. Full relax. There is a direct bus from the ariport whichs stops by the hotel. What we found exceptional were the bells to call service is every single bed in the whole hotel. The food is unforgetable - starters, mains, desserts, healthy, a'la carte - all was amazing. I mean, really, just go there.

The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was very good and there was plenty of choice. We loved the comfortable beds around the lovely clean pools and the beach area. Considering the hotel was full, it didn’t feel over-crowded

The hotel has several pools and a private beach. Furthermore it is equipped with a very good outdoor fitness area as well as a indoor cardio area. There are two restaurant. One main restaurant and one a la carte, where in the morning a more „healthy“ breakfast was served. The staff was nice and kind.

This is our fourth stay in two years. We love this hotel, the staff, and of course the relaxed atmosphere. We have even brought our parents here twice. We will be coming back again twice next year. You just can’t beat it. This stay we spent most of our time by the pool and in Ammos beach bar. As always Matina, Marina, Marios, Mario, Maria, Kristos and Raph were all amazing. Matina is the best bartender in Crete. Her cocktails make you happy all day. Marina is lovely and serves with a smile all day. The beach bar team are great and always make our stay special. They take the best care of all guests and give true Greek hospitality. Eleni is an absolute superstar with the pool room service. She has the best smile and positivity. Always working hard and serving all the rooms and pools. We look forward to seeing her each day. The main restaurant team George, Vassos, Natalia and Anna are all great. They are friendly, hardworking and always have a smile for everyone. All of the food here is wonderful. The buffet, Ammos, Armonia and room service is always perfect. Chefs all work very hard and helpful to guests. Our room was perfect, as always. The cleaners work very hard and the hotel is spotless. The Reception team are all so helpful and professional. Georgia, Katarina, Popi and Sisi have been wonderful. We love this hotel so much and want to keep it our secret because it’s just so special. Everyone is hardworking, professional and wonderful. This is our home away from home and we can’t wait to see Paralos family again in May! Thank you so much for everything.
