Super nice staff, welcoming and warm Nice cosy place with dedicated beach attached to the hotel so super easy to go from the pool to the beach, with their own bar right there to have a drink or a snack. Private parking for guests. The hotel is situated in an area with a lot of restaurants, touristic mini-markets The situation is ok, next to a bus stop that takes about 20min max. to go to Heraklion. We only stayed 3 nights to be able to travel around the island, because we personally didn't like Heraklion area that much and preferred Chania way more (for Chania, we stayed at Anais Hotels)

Very nice location, good burgers, breakfast was good (omelets, ham and eggs, English, sandwich) and a very good restaurant only 100 m away (Kritiko Spiti).

Service is great, people very warm and nice. Kitchen making quality and delicious food. Room are comfortable and also terrace. We will come back again. I'm recommending this place to everyone from heart

Fine location, that can be reached by direct bus 06 from airport. Also direct bus 02 can be used for reaching Knossos palace. Accomodation with terrace was only few meters from the beach. Swimming pool is also great plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our 1-year-old and my parents. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by Sofia and the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel is very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the value for money was excellent. We loved the relaxed and familial atmosphere—it truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was perfect for lounging, the burgers and cocktails were delicious, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect and included with the hotel. Sandy beach front property, large clean pool and roomy accommodations. The bus comes every 15 minutes it stops in front of the hotel which was convenient. We used it instead of our car rental to visit the city center of Heraklion, not having to worry about finding parking.
