We liked basically everything: the location, facilities, comfortable beds, access to the nice restaurants and beach etc. If we go back to Heraklion, it will be definitely Emi Seaside

The location is great, not far from airport. Ammoudara beach is a good one. Breakfast is simple, but everyone will find something to eat. Room was clean, but furniture needs some kind of renovation.

The hotel is wonderful, offering excellent and cozy service. The owners, a dedicated family, put great effort into ensuring that guests enjoy their stay every day. They are always willing to assist and are exceptionally hospitable. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness with daily housekeeping, ensuring that the pool is well-maintained and providing additional towels for the beach. We truly felt at home during our stay. Breakfast is modest but delicious, and the bar, along with the seating area, creates a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel also offers a small private beach with sun loungers, making relaxation easy and comfortable. Additionally, the location is ideal, with shops, cafés, and even a laundry service nearby.

The Hotel is at the beach, the sunbeds and umbrella are provided. We also appreciated the free parking. The rooms are quite spacious.

This was an excellent choice. On arrival the facilities looked a little basic, but this is more than made up for by the location, right by the beach and with many excellent nearby restaurants, and by the host (George) who seems to work non-stop and does everything he can to ensure that everybody has a great holiday even though he is clearly really busy. The price for our stay was really good value and we used the money we saved (compared with more expensive places) by exploring, eating nice food and trying lots of the lovely local wines.

The administrator was very pleasant. We could ask him any questions regarding accommodation or nearby activities and get a detailed answer. All our requests were satisfied and any occurred issues were resolved very quickly. There are all that you need near the hotel - bus stop with convenient buses to the town (3 min), beach (2 min), a lot of good restaurants with Greek cuisine (5-10 min), and grocery stores (ab. 5 min). The hotel has a dedicated beach zone with sun umbrellas and loungers (all free). Breakfast is good, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sausages, eggs, an omelet, and delicious Greek yogurt - it was always enough to become well-fed. The room was always clean, cleaning was done every day.
