The room and the whole facility was extremely clean. The owners were amazing, really welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast had all home made stuff. An absolute recommendation.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and everything was just perfect. The hosts were incredibly friendly, the breakfasts were delicious, and the location was convenient—the beach is just 2 minutes away, and if you need to get to Heraklion, the bus stop is also very close, no more than a 5-minute walk. The room was much larger than we imagined, very clean, with a very comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, a kitchen with all the essentials, and a balcony with a sea view. I was personally very pleased with the presence of mosquito screens on the windows and balcony doors. A special thanks to the hotel hosts for the complimentary wine and sweets. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Ammoudara!

Very nice location, the room was very confortable, also the beds, it has a small kichinette with all you need for a lazy snack or breakfast on the balcony. The way to the location is well marked with visible signs, so you cannot miss it. There is a big parking in the backside of the location, also well marked, so you don’t have to worry about parking. The hosts are wonderful, I had a very warm welcome and a lovely morning with a tasty coffee and breakfast! It’s very close to the beach and restaurants on the main street. In october, it was a quiet area, so I had a good rest. My room was exaclty like presented in the photos, no hidden things. Definitely recomment it!

The beach is clean, beautiful sand and water. The hosts of the studio are so friendly and hospitable. The beds are very comfy and the cleaning is above and beyond . Parking is private and short walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The property has a small sitting area which is a bonus area to visit.

Fantastic value and location. Extremely clean. Lovely owners and staff. Very easy to get to by bus from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Our host was wonderful and made us feel at home. They were also welcoming and generous. Breakfast was very tasty and cheap. Our room was cleaned every day and the room had everything we needed. We had an excellent time. We really recommend.

Highly recommend this location for a short and long term stay, which looks exactly as per the description. The hosts are exceptional ❤️! Anna and her family are extremely involved to ensure a top experience for their guests, such a kind and good-hearted people, always smiling and welcoming us. The breakfast prepared by Anna was the best we ever had: very generous and delicious with plenty of choices for all tastes, traditional greek dishes were served every day - thank you so much, Anna, for taking care of us during our stay!! The place is spotless and the cleaning of the studio was done every day. We will for sure return!
