The staff was fabulous!!! We had an early flight and arrived 6 hours before check in. George, the owner offered us a fabulous complimentary breakfast and allowed us to check in straight away which was definitely a first for us!!! We had planned a day of excursions on the third day of our stay and as we were going to miss breakfast due to an early start, the wonderful Katerina prepared us a packed breakfast that we could take with us. Daniella (house keeping) always greeted us with a wonderful smile and some chit chat. I have stayed in many hotels in Europe but this was the first time to experience such wonderful customer service. A huge bravo to all the staff, who definitely lead by example. 😁😁
