Everything, but the location and stuff are incredible! Not only can you see the Roman amphitheatre, but you are also in the heart of old Amman. Stuff are beyond amazing, so kind and helpful with anything you need. Let me stay a few hours after checkout, no charge or even discussions. Breakfast is in a beautiful room with great views.

Breakfast was fresh, delicious especially the Madeira cake & omlette. Centrally located, our room had a good view. The street below is noisey, however its a compromise if you want the view. Free walking tour with guide was great. Optional to tip guide. The hotel also offers luggage storage option for those crossing over to Palestine, if wanting to travel lighter. We were transported to the border and were collected from the border on return , our luggage was in the van when we were collected from the border and taken to the airport to catch our flight to Jeddah. Very convenient.
