Hotel in Amman Downtown, clean and very comfortable. Excellent staff, always ready to help and give tips. I recommend it for all the above reasons and when I return to Amman, I will stay at the Sydney Hotel

Property was easy to find with free parking. Staff were very hospitable and friendly. They had a nice common area to it and an outdoor lounge to relax and smoke if you’d like. Our room was clean and all was well. Location of the hotel too was very convenient to walk to main attractions (10mins to rainbow street, 20mims to citadel).

The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic, within walking distance of many key attractions, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help—whether it was answering our questions, providing directions, or assisting with organizing tours. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference in our stay. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, giving us a great start to each day.

Friendly staff and helpful as well the location walking distance to everything. The single room is okay and I can’t complain. Complimentary coffee, juice, water all day. They have good wifi connections.

An amazing place to stay in Amman if you're looking for something close to the city center and with a very good price. The staff was super friendly, they even let us store our luggage at the end of our trip, one week after our stay, before the flight departed. The breakfast costs 4JOD and it was very tasty, with salty and sweet options. I could also buy a sim card at the hotel, so I didn't have to worry about getting one somewhere else. There are some parking slots right in front of the hotel. I was always lucky to find a spot available and even if there wasn't any, in the sorroudings there were plenty of options. The hotel also contacted me days before to offer services in case I wanted to do any tours or help regarding my staying in Jordan. I definitely would stay here again if I'm back in Amman.
