-Hospitality and service from butlers, staff in general. -Spa was amazing after a weeks travelling around Jordan. -Skyline view of Jordan from the restaurant. Enjoyed dinner and a cocktail with the views of Amman. -The complimentary peaches, chocolates and popcorn in the room. -Breakfast was amazing. So much options. The red velvet croissant is delicious. Never tried a flavoured croissant like it before. -Definitely a treat. -Amazing retreat in the Middle East.

The staff were fantastic. They took care of our every need and ensured that our holiday got off to a brilliant start. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was opulent and well-maintained. The attention to detail at every point from the treats left in the room, the nibbles with drinks and the personalised cups at breakfast made the stay special.

Best Hotel I have visited in Amman , I asked the buttler team before my arrival about some services and told them that I'm celebrating my anniversary without asking them for any special arrangements, but they added roses, happy anniversary cake and a letter wishing us a happy anniversary. Truly great staff, hotel and facilities and the most delicious food I have ever tried! Thanks to the whole team, especially the buttler team and the room dining team! I enjoyed my stay very much and would like to repeat it. It's really appreciated!
