Breakfast is above the average, they should improve it. The personnel was polite and very helpful, especially Mr. Ahmet who was at the reception was very helpful to me. Breakfast is above the average but should be improved.

The location is perfect, it is in a very quiet area and close to everything. The staff is very friendly, especially Ahmed.

New hotel, well situated between the 5th and 6th circle, wonderful and clean rooms, excellent restaurant, but low Internet and not very good breakfast

We had a great stay at this hotel, mum had a surgery & we had to extend our stay for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful,polite,caring & professional starting from Mr. Ahmad salim the receptionist to Mais & Fadi from the housekeeping, the security men & the restaurant waiter & chef. Truly what a great team this hotel has! Food is always fresh and delicious , rooms are always clean, great location & easy access to everything you might need( dryclean,pharmacy, supermarket). Great experience & would definitely stay again at this hotel.
