Thank you for your services. I am one of the old customers of the hotel for more than ten years. The food quality level is low. The rooms and rooms service are in need of cleaning the carpets. I mean washing the carpets. We do not emit odors, including the large chair in the bedrooms. You can see the remains of human body fluids and furniture in the lobby. It is clear that there is no The cleanliness of the Italian cafe lost its privacy due to the situation of the shisha and became just a shisha cafe There is no harmony and coordination between the employees, and the reason may be due to the lack of a manager or the crew’s lack of sense of comfort or stability. I hope you will accept my words and take them seriously.

Location is perfect, but outdated furniture and i think there is lack of staff, service was so slow, but malik from front desk was so helpful and great to deal with..

Liked the luxurious apartment.. the room of the bathroom was an amazing decoration The big refrigerator and the kitchenette were beneficial, especially for a long stay ..breakfast buffet was perfect for a 5 star hotel. Location just next to boulivard that is full of cafes and restaurants and a bank of currency exchange.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very comfortable experience overall. The room we booked was already spacious, but to our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to an even larger room that was incredibly spacious – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was another highlight of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also a major plus! It’s very, very nice – conveniently situated and perfect for exploring the area.

The welcome experience to the hotel by Jihad and Mohammad in the reception was terrific. The suite I booked was so comfortable with everything you might need. The fantastic view directly to the Boulevard and quick access to it. Breakfast at Cafe Italia and the staff there are very kind, especially Lama, Ahmad Qatami, and the executive chef Shady Yared; how they handled a minor issue my kid faced at the restaurant and how were so kind.
