The staffs are nice specially guys at reception, they got me a sweet as it was available although I reserved a normal room. The environment in general was calm. No disturbing. The price is affordable as well

I'd like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and hospitality we experienced at Park Plaza Amman during a very special time in our lives. From the welcoming smile of Dr. Mohamed, the manager, to the attentive and kind assistance of Raneen at the reception desk, every moment of our stay was filled with warmth and genuine care. Dr. Mohamed's dedication to ensuring the comfort and well-being of every guest was evident in his welcoming demeanor and constant availability. Raneen, the receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our experience was perfect. From arranging celebrations for my wife's pregnancy to checking in on our comfort daily, her attention to detail and genuine concern for our happiness were truly remarkable. The fact that my wife was able to deliver our new baby in the Park Plaza Amman speaks volumes about the level of care and support provided by the entire team. We felt safe, supported, and cherished throughout the entire journey, and for that, we will be forever grateful. Thank you to everyone at Park Plaza Amman for being more than just a place to stay. Thank you for providing us with a home away from home during such a special time in our lives. We will cherish the memories we made with you forever.
