My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times and often for extended periods of time. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are extremely helpful and cheerful at all times. We make it a point to stay here when we come to Amman as the value for money is the best we have found. Yes, it is not a 5 star hotel but it is so comfortable and welcoming that there is no reason to stay anywhere else. We have tried staying at other hotels within the same price range and they simply do no measure up.

The ambience of the rooms where superb. The staff smiled all the way. I can categorically say that park plaza hotel is a home away from home. The staff were friendly I can say the hotel is excellent in all ramification.
