Asma and the Front Of House Staff were welcoming and showed exceptional hospitality. I enjoyed their enthusiasm for teaching me Arabic and their friendliness.

This would be an upmarket 4 Star hotel in the UK. It exceeded expectations by a country mile. Despite not having a Concierge Services and a defined entrance porch, as you enter you are pleasantly welcomed and amazed by the standard and quality of finishes. The rooms are well equipped with a well stocked bar - prices are displayed on the fridge door.
