The process of booking the room was quick and easy, and when I arrived at their location, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, especially to mention employee Asem who helped us through the process , very professional, positive and super helpful person. What impressed me the most was the level of customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. They were Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience booking a room in Amman. The exceptional service and knowledgeable staff made my trip even more enjoyable. This is my home in Jordan. I have been coming here whenever I visit Jordan. The hotel has all the things I need and want. Location is great, staff are super and the service is excellent.

The staff are extremely friendly helping smiling. The receptionist Mahmoud day time Raid night time the kitchen staff and the supervisor at the breakfast lounge were very welcoming. The best think in the hotel is the people working in it. Good internet. Tea and coffee and water are provided. The location is very good walking distance to shops transport.

Rasha is a great addition to the team at La Casa always going out of her way to ensure rooms are clean and takes good time to ensure the room is spotless and adds that extra detail. Always smiling and great face for the hotel . Abu Mohammed is a great security guard too very courteous and a great gentleman.
