I stayed in this hotel for 11-17 Feb and not even one day they cleaned washroom, for every small things I had to call. Pillow is so high, and if I would have used definitely I would have leave this country with neck pain. There was no dental kit, no shaving kit.

Hotel is in quiet locality, no noise disturbance during nights. Breakfast really improved from the last time I visited this hotel, it was very fresh and tasty. Room was clean. I appreciated the big bottle of water in the room instead of usual 2 small bottles.

Easily one of my favourite stays in Jordan, spent 3 nights at the IBIS and the staff is helpful. They have a good breakfast spread and though the hotel is a little far from the citadel and the theater, you could reach the tarabdour bus station by taxi for 3JD that gets you to Ajloun and Jerash
