The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good, free parking on the street. The staff were extremely helpful, they made tea for us one morning when i asked for it, but sadly the property is in terrible shape. We had problems with the room, the property manager came quickly and promptly offered us another, a bigger, better and quieter room. They cleaned it and quickly prepared the other room in the middle of the night for us. Jordanian hospitality is incredible and amazing. Thanks to the staff for that.

The hotel is good value for money. The employees are very nice and helpful. The first night we had a room a bit noisy and they accepted to change us for the second one.

The hotel and the location were very good. But most of all we liked the receptionist Seif. Nothing is too much for him, he works very, very hard! He is very kind for his guests and makes a lovely breakfast. Thanks Seif for all, we wish you all the best!

Our room was very spacious, Mr. Ismar was very kind and attentive to our needs, the location was perfect, a few blocks from the market where the food was cheap.

It is super central, conveniently located just a 10min walk from Downtown Amman. The breakfast is local but very delicious and changes every day (got a shawarma on day 1, hummus+sides on day 2, etc.) The staff is very kind and friendly.

Really good value place, priced appropriately for what you get, which is a basic hotel. Might have been better being a hostel than a hotel. Staff are lovely, and right next to the downtown area and major historical sites.

The hotel is located just two minutes walk from downtown and the staff is kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is really tasty. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Amman.
