Clean hotel, friendly staff and perfect location, a bit old, very poor breakfast, feels cheap in many aspects, very noisy at night. In summery, if you are a person who enjoys breakfast, this is not a hotel for you

Staff are great! Very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Helped me with my requests that I had for them, booked taxis etc for me. All very polite. Can’t fault their service. Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Was a great stay and when I come back to Amman I’ll book again!

Good location, nice and quiet. Check in was very quick after a long flight. Upgraded the room which was lovely and fruit was left in the room with a welcome note which was a nice surprise. Staff very friendly throughout my stay.
