All went super, I always stay there for long period of times, they offer the best value for money, the location is great and very central, the staff are genuinly kind, but the hotel can be bit cleaner.

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful the cleaners went above to make the rooms comfortable and well presented. The room were spacious had all the facilities we needed and we highly rate this hotel.

Spacious suite with daily supply of water and coffee. Nice breakfast. Pool and gym are nice. The gym even has staff that helped me with tips and advice for weight lifting! Coffee shop on site is convenient. Staff helpful and kind.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, i happened to forget my phone in the cap, the receptionist made sure that he did everything he could to connect me with the cap driver. The stay was great, very comfy and welcoming room.

Lucky me, front office manager Mr. Bennouh checked me in. He was phenomenal in the process; 5-star professionalism in spoken language and body language. The hotel has high-standard and high-tech security and safety regulations. Professional and polite staff, outstanding cleanness. The breakfast was excellently delicious with many options. The location is very good. The paid professional services spa after 6 PM is male only where one can scrub away, steam or massage. This hotel is easily 5-star hotel if you don't mind it missing a bar.

We were upgraded to a suite, this is our third stay at Ayass and I truly admire how spacious the suites are. Soundproofing is great. The bed is super comfy. The location is perfect. The breakfast was delicious.
