Wonderful hotel in Amma, near everything and with an Atm near. All the staff is amazing, helped us find a place to dinner and the Avenue mall. The room was very clean, hot watter, fridge and they had perfect breakfast with a different variety. Always trying to make the costumer satisfied. Our plane add a delay, we talked with them, they were very comprehensive and accepted us after the check-in hour. We are very grateful to have been here

The breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The entire place was very clean, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.

Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the lady on duty when we arrived. They also keep a device for weighing luggage at reception which was very useful to us! We would stay there again as good value for money and very comfortable beds. Free parking available.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the reception staff, particularly Amer who went out of of his way to try to help us with a lost suitcase, even when he was not on duty. The apartments themselves were really spacious and comfortable and contained all the facilities you could possibly need (and the property also had a pool and a gym which we never even got round to using). The property has an extremely handy and good covered parking area. Although it was a bit of a distance away from some of Amman's attractions, it was close to useful shops and restaurants and you could get anywhere using the very reasonably priced taxis which were available at very short notice.

The area is so elegant and the view was lovely from the room, green big trees are surrounding the hotel. Bayan was amazing and because of her amazing customer service we didn't cancel our stay. My husbands flight got delayed twice and for two continuous days she helped me to push the booking without charging me extra and thats something rare to do even if the season was low or whatever.. That gesture meant everything to us and now Almond hotel is our number 1 hotel in Amman.
