Love the location. People were very nice. Breakfast was good. The pool could be cleaned better, there was mold. The room on second floor was great. The shower could have more pressure. All good though. Our fridge didn't work well. Froze everything. It was great having a large water reserve in our room.

Atmosphere, people. Employees and the owner very helpful. Access to the beach, coral reef few meters from the shore, anything you need just ask the staff and they will get it done in no time.

Location on the beach was great. Rooms & verandah were generous in size. Enough restraunts to keep you interested. Pool & bathing area was very good with plenty of sun lounges.

wonderful hotel! we will definitely return to it. 1) villas are spacious and clean 2) staff is very kind 3) beach, umbrellas, sun loungers in the shade - reef right next to the hotel 4) breakfast from the menu in the hotel restaurant 5) nearby there is a laundry, 5 restaurants, souvenirs, a stall with fruit and other services!

The location is great. Lipah is my favorite place for snorkeling. The hotel is beachfront, so it's very convenient. Food in resto is fine. Friendly, assistive staff
