The room size is perfect, simple yet comfortable. The view is epic. You have a beach-front view of the ocean and Mount Agung from the room. Next to Warung Baba (restaurant) with live band playing every Monday and Thursday night. 5 mins walk to a stretch of restaurants with good food, minimart and spa. Pool is always cleaned, spacious toilet and shower area, daily housekeeping, breakfast included and very warm & friendly staff. On good days, you will get to enjoy a nice sunset over Mount Agung and sunrise from the right side of the villa.

I love that there’s great snorkelling in the sea right in front of the property. The location between Jemeluk and Amed beach is excellent as well.

Great villas located close to everything. Clean, modern and the view from the balcony is amazing. Some of the best snorkeling we have done right off the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely staff - attentive and helpful whilst allowing plenty of privacy and space. Excellent snorkelling straight off the beach in front of the villa - best we had in Bali, including turtles and dolphins at one point. A particularly nice eatery called Rimba - 5 min walk, where the food was really good and the desserts were top notch. Planting was lovely in pool area. View of volcano from the roof terrace (when cloud lifted). Husband had an excellent fishing experience arranged via the hotel staff - early morning pick up off the beach - caught many Mahi-mahi. Room was basic but very clean and a good size wiith a very comfy bed and good ac and ceiling fan.

The aircon was the best we’d had in a week in Bali. Beachfront location was pretty special with great views of Agung from the rooftop terrace. Amazing snorkelling right out the front. Staff organised a scooter and transfer to the airport at reasonable prices.

The best rooftop view I’ve had in a long long time. Unobstructed view of the giant Mount Agung:) Beachfront access. Very helpful & understanding staff, upgraded our room to a superior suite because of a simple AC issue in our original room

Villa Amed is at best possible location to enjoy Mount Agung view. The breakfast is tasteful and still water you can refill at reception. The staff are very polite and helpful, they figured out that our motorcycleplate is broken and they fixed it by theirselves. At property snorkeling equipments are available free of charge.

The place is even better than the photos! The view from the terrace is amazing! We loved watching the sunset from the terrace every night and having breakfast there in the morning. The staff are lovely and the location is great, very near good restaurants and good snorkelling right in front of the hotel!
