been to the unicorn many times.but hadn't been for a couple of years .and it had changed hands.the new tennants are slowly bringing it back to its former glory

Staff were very friendly and apologetic that the place needs some TLC which is due to commence in January 25. Respect was shown for residents with live music finishing early at 10pm.

Convenient for Zeffirelli's. Very welcoming staff and a friendly atmosphere. Tea and coffee provided and just as expected. No TV in the room -a blessing. Bedding and towels all clean and of good quality. Lively bar downstairs but not noisy on the first floor. I wish the new owners well.

The location was excellent and close to parking area which was great. Bar was very busy on arrival but we were shown to our room within one minute by great hostess.
