Beautifully presented gastro pub feel but not pretentious. Super friendly accommodating staff and food of Michelin star quality.

Superb location out the way with views overlooking Ambleside. The pub is warm and cosy and the locals all friendly,lovely staff and some proper real ale brewed at the premises.

Very good breakfast, coffee superb . The evening. meal was to a very high standard. Room was charming and well presented ,although quite small .
