Liked everything! Located within a few minutes walk of Ambleside centre, ample parking, very pleasant and friendly hosts and the cleanliness was exceptional - our room was spotless. The breakfast was super - plenty of choice for both hot and cold food - one of the best breakfasts we've had staying in a guest house. Overall, absolutely excellent value for money. would definitely stay again.

Excellent hosts a fabulous B&B. Very clean and well managed. The rooms were well equipped with tea coffee and biscuits and the breakfast was superb. All locally sourced and excellent quality. The room although on the small size was impeccably clean as was the bathroom.

Wonderful B & B, central location, parking, amazing home cooked , hot English breakfast! Very organised room and well thought out, good beds and very clean. The owners very nice people who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Comfortable room, nice bathroom . Location is ideal & the parking was a real plus. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice, beautifully presented.
