Comfortable room, very clean and in good condition. Bathroom was very modern and new, great shower. Good range of breakfast options, easy check in and welcoming. Would come back again!

A warm welcome awaited and the super king room was fabulous. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a little sanctuary. The tea and coffee were a treat and fresh Lakeland water each day was very much appreciated. The robes were a lovely touch! The location is perfect and the free parking is a real bonus. Tracey and her hubby are perfect hosts and the hearty breakfast was a great start to the day. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Tracey and Kevin were the perfect hosts. Excellent communication through the booking process. The room we had was spacious, had everything we could need, and was very comfortable. The provision of secure parking spaces was a valuable, welcome addition. Breakfast was great quality and plenty of choice. I am delighted to recommend Melrose Guesthouse and will definitely return. Location in beautiful town and easy access to what we needed Friendly helpful staff Variety of Breakfast choices and it was delicious. Little extras for cuppas in the room, toiletries, chairs in the room. Comfortable bed. Neat and clean.
