The host Alison was fantastic, really accommodating. We brought two small dogs and they were very welcomed, this is one of the most dog friendly places I have stayed. Location and room was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Alison was the perfect host with her adorable dog. Nothing was any trouble for her and the room, facilities and breakfast were all top notch. I can't fault it. Location is 5* and my experience here was also 5*

This property was delightful! The host was friendly and hospitable with great knowledge of walks in the area. The house was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The B&B was just meters away from a bus stop and an easy walk to the centre of Ambleside where there are restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. In the other direction it is an easy walk to the lake.

Clean,comfortable,friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast with a lot of options. Great central location and a pass for the car park less than 100 metres away.
