Clean, comfortable bed and very quiet. Staff were amazing and the breakfast was fabulous. Love that you choose a slot and what you want the night before. Location great, 5 mins to Ambleside and 5 mins to lake Windermere the other way.

A lovely property in an excellent location with plenty of parking. Rooms were well equipped and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely go back.

Lovely quiet place to stay. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Our room was fantastic. Really convenient for travelling to other parts of the Lake District. A 5 minute walk from the centre of Ambleside.

Excellent breakfast, served by very pleasant staff, checked in by the lovely Hayley who had upgraded us to a very nice king room.very comfortable.great view from the room and a short walk to the centre of Ambleside.will definitely be visiting again
