At last - a Guest house that has sorted out their key system (just one key and it works reliably)! Easy parking right outside (though it costs extra unless you book directly). Lovely warm room with great views up to Wansfell. The shower was awesome - super powerful. Helpful friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay for two nights. The best aspects were the convenient location, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop and close to the center of Ambleside. The view from our room was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t find any negatives—it met all our expectations perfectly.
