Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.Please note that check-in is from 15:00 onwards unless otherwise arranged. No keys will be given as both the main front door and room door are accessed by codes. You'll receive the codes the day of your arrive via text message and these codes will only be valid for the duration of your stay. Very large, warm and very comfortable twin room with lovely views over Ambleside. After a couple of cold nights in Keswick's Denton hostel this was absolute Paradise!

Location very central and handy. Having parking allocated was great and wasn't too far away. Room clean, comfy, warm and lovely hot shower.

The location in ambleside is perfect, amongst the hustle and bustle. Also, for the price, you can't really complain. I feel that the bad reviews are massively exaggerated by people wanting 5 star experience in a budget guesthouse.

Our room was at the back of the hostel so reasonably quiet and the location is very convenient and central. The parking was a little walk but made very easy with good instructions.
