The first thing we noticed it was so very welcoming,Kate is a wonderful host,the property was light and clean, nothing was too much trouble the breakfast was wonderful room was very nice

Lots of choices for breakfast, location fantastic, very clean and comfortable room with immaculate bathroom and great shower, host Kate was very warm and welcoming and would definitely recommend to family and friends

Great B&B close to all amenities. Parking pass a bonus. Room very nicely presented, breakfast choices excellent.

The location is perfect whether you want to go to Windermere or Scale Helvellyn. The accommodation was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, especially the bed. The hostess was very helpful not only does she run the B&B but also that she and her husband were both guides for many activities.

The property was in a nice central location and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The owner was very welcoming and easy to talk to the breakfast was great lots of options.
