Fantastic service and assistance. I was met off the ferry so that I wouldn’t get lost finding the hotel and the information and help was exceptional.

Luciano is a wonderful host. Luciano personally welcomed us and provided detailed information about the property, how to get around Amalfi and where to eat. He almost provided us with various brochures of hiking routes and places of interest. We had our best hike through the Valley of the Mills using one of the brochures. The property was comfortable, quiet and clean, location was excellent, and breakfast at the rooftop was plentiful and provided a good start to each day. Natalia who served us our breakfast is such a dear and always asking us if we needed more food. Through the property we also had our transport and tour to Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius organised and everything went according to plan. Much thanks to Luciano and his excellent team Luisa and Natalia for a wonderful experience at Amalfi.

The hosts Luciano and Luisa were very kind and provided a lot of information for activities and restaurants. The breakfast on the rooftop was very delicious and the service ladies were very kind. It was a great experience, thank you very much!

Everything about our 4 night stay was fantastic. The staff are super communicative over WhatsApp and assisted with parking and everything we needed to know. Breakfast was great and the breakfast ladies are so lovely and kind. Location couldn’t be better, few flights of stairs up and right off the Main Street. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Fantastic restaurant just below that the concierge recommended and was our best meal of our Italy trip!

The staff had to be the highlight of our stay - very good communication from Luisa prior to our stay and she kindly met us at Amalfi bus station to show us our hotel and make some recommendations for places to visit and eat. The lovely lady who served us breakfast each morning was also so kind, going above and beyond for us for breakfast. Fab location right in the centre of Amalfi - price very reasonable based on location

Luisa was absolutely delightful. She spent time telling us sights to visit and great places to eat. The staff at the office were extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We were greeted by the most wonderful staff member and she gave us a little tour of the town on our way up to the hotel. She was really lovely and knowledgeable.
