Staff were fantastic - attentive, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location and views across the ocean were stunning - truly magical to wake up to. Historic building has lots of charm.

Fabulous views looking across the bay to Amalfi. Swimming pool is amazing. Breakfast was fabulous. Great location for exploring the Amalfi coast. Top tip - instead of walking along the road down to the town there is a tunnel that you can walk through, ask at reception.

The Staff were very nice and approachable. The location was excellent - 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Our room was cleaned daily, with interval changing of towels up to even twice a day at times! The view from the Balcony was beautiful. The waiters were very attentive at breakfast and offered us coffee at breakfast even prior to sitting down. The coffee was good. They arranged transport back to Naples airport for us, and were very helpful and informative regarding buses and things to do in the area. The pool is a hidden gem, across the road with a picturesque sea view.

The views were amazing from the hotel, what I need to get across to future guests is the dangerous location of the hotel. The only access to the hotel was directly on (to a sharp bend on a very hazardous coastal road) with buses, mopeds, motorbikes & cars buzzing up and down. There were no footpaths to the hotel as the road was too narrow. The Hotel swimming pool was on the other side of this hazardous road.

This is a beautiful property with incredible history and wonderful views of Amalfi. The room was comfortable with a small balcony. The bathroom was functional but very small. We enjoyed very good meals in the restaurant and all staff were professional and friendly. We made good use of the private swimming pool. We were pleased to be told about the pedestrian tunnel under the mountain which made the walk down to the town very easy. Amalfi was very busy and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere at the hotel.

Such an iconic historic building set on the edge of Amalfi walk everywhere very easy. Pool is epic and with swimming off cliff also amazing. Breakfast was also very pleasing! Love it!

All the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful and provided excellent service. The location was perfect for both the beach and the town. We had a room with a balcony and sea view which was worth the extra cost. Breakfast had a very good variety of choices. We ate a meal in the hotel restaurant which had incredible views over the Amalfi coast. Our meal was incredible!

This is a good hotel that’s out of the ordinary. It’s five minutes into the town and has good views from sea front bedroom. The court yard is unique. Albeit can get very warm.
