The fine print
The reception is open from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 in the winter months. The reception will be closed on weekends and public holidays.The pool will be open as well as the snack bar and pool bar. During March, the reception will be open from 09:00 to 22:00, and the swimming pool from 09:00 to 18:00.Staff at Clube Alvorférias can help organise activities such as diving, horse riding and fishing. For children, the mini-club is open from May to October. During this time, the reception is available from 08:00h to 00:00hFor emergencies, guests can contact the number on the reception door.Please note that the restaurant and supermarket are unavailable between 1 November and 30 March.Please note that guests that require an invoice in non-refundable reservations, must inform the VAT number, name and address at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. If this information is not provided, the information cannot be added later.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Apartment was clean and tidy. The noise from the farm animals across the street was very bad in the mornings. That is not the properties fault though. The animals would wake you from about 5am! :-( Mattress was very very hard and difficult to sleep on. Location was good, a nice stroll into Alvor in the mornings or evenings.

The pool was lovely and pool bar staff where very friendly,they didn’t do food everyday as they didn’t have a chef,which was a shame as there was 12 of us!

Our family liked the layout and facilities of the complex. The proximity to the shop was super. Alvor is a beautiful village.

The rooms where big and spacious Shower water pressure was fantastic Furniture was basic but adequate Cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating

The swimming pools are very good. The beds are comfortable. The location depends: if the goal is the pool, it's excellent; If the goal is the beach, it takes about 20 minutes to walk - it's good for those who have a car or bicycle, or for those who don't mind walking a bit. A liked very much the kindness of the staff.

The pool was beautiful. €1 for a foam mattress for the sun loungers which was lovely and comfortable. The pool is really clean. Female staff on check out was really nice. Very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean but very dated. Little snack bar by the pool is nice. We had toastys for lunch one day and they were nice. Staff working there was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay as it was nice and quiet around the pool and at night as it was so early in the month of May. It is only about a ten minute walk to alvor and the staff are really nice. This was our third time staying here and we would stay again.
