The nearest bus station is 7 miles away in Ashbourne, and the nearest major rail station is 22 miles away in Derby.Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 09:30.Please note that the WiFi is only available in the drawing room.Early check-in from 13:00 is available on Saturdays and Sundays.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Everything! We had stayed before so we knew what to expect. As before, we had a lovely welcome afternoon tea and homemade biscuits, then a comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast every morning. Super walks from the door too.

Cozy and welcoming, beautiful 3 bedroom house in the middle of the country side, the lounge with the open fire was definitely my favourite place to sit in the evening, beds are warm and comfortable, clean rooms and beautiful walks to take your family. Will definitely be booking again as we enjoyed it that much. And the breakfast was a nice touch.

We were met by Naomi upon arrival with homemade cake, tea, and a roaring fire. Our room was a good size with a comfy bed, a nice ensuite, and tea making facilities. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice each day, cooked to order. A perfect base for visiting family, and we would definitely stay again.
