The fine print

The location is ideal as it is situated in the vicinity of big shopping mall and a few reputable Chinese restaurants. It is also near to the railway station. The reception staff was efficient, polite and helpful. She had provided us a lot of information about Alor Setar Town and helped us to call for transport.

The staffs are very nice and helpfull.. The facility very poor and some are broken.. Price is fair because the give free breakfast.. Anyway thank you very much..

Breakfast is alright. Couldn't expect for more with the hotel rate that I paid for. Many Chinese food around but luckily Pekan Rabu with Halal food is within walking distance.

All was sufficient. Very old hotel so do not expect much. For its value I think it is reasonable. Breakfast buffet was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful
