The fine print
Payment for the reservation must be made 5 days before entry (it is non-refundable) through a link that will be sent to you via email as well as the 200 Euro damage deposit. This deposit will be returned within 48 to 72 hours after departure once the review has been completed. The people who are going to stay at the establishment must register in the same link, which is mandatory.Smoking is not allowed and violating it carries a charge of €100 for Ionization expenses.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Excellent apartment/suite, comfortable and in a great location, we enjoyed our stay, the apartment is operated by the hotel a hundred metres away, all good with attentive staff.

The apartment was perfectly located right in the middle of Almeria, close to the central market, Carrafore big supermarket, bus stops outside and central for all bars and restaurants. Roof top pool was the added bonus. It’s a 6 minute walk to pick up the L30 to and from the Airport. (Round the back of the market and turn right. Bus stop is at the next junction). We had room 132 on the corner so we had three balconies. I highly recommend this property. You pay a 200 euro damage deposit and it was returned within 48 hours to the credit card we paid on.

Fabulous, immaculately clean and comfortable studio in a great location near the cathedral,Alcazaba etc.The bed and pillows were so lovely-slept very well.Great shower and toiletries plus the air con was good too.The rooftop pool was also very nice with plenty of free loungers.We weren't sure how the online check in and payment was going to work but need not have worried as we checked in with the actual hotel around the corner where the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Overall a fantastic stay!

The pillows. There were 10 pillows on the bed. Bed was comfortable. Super clean. Pool lovely. Kitchen had enough supplies to cook dinner. Good location.
