The location is excellent. There are car parks within a 2 minute walk. This is near the harbour, not the beach. But it's near one of the main shopping g areas. The Christmas market was right outside. The bar was good. Totally empty other than us, but is was mid week in January and early evening. The prices and bar tenter were both excellent.

The location is great . Lovely pool with sunbeds. Only ate in the bar once, lovely pizza. Room with a view overlooking ferry port and balcony to sit out on an evening . Room cleaned every day and fresh towels . Lovely Spanish bar 2 minutes walk away

The staff was really great and pleasant ! The pool didn’t have much seats but that was still a great asset for this hotel ! The bar and the options for snack during the day was really nice too ! The room was awesome with the view of the sea !

The lady at reception Aida Sanchez? was fantastic and efficient and checked us in, even though it was 12:00 noon. We parked under the hotel. The hotel is very tired but the room was spotless and there was a veranda with a great view over the harbour. The bathroom was very small but worked okay. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was adequate. The hotel is really conveniently located in the city centre.

The hotel was in a great location within easy walking distance of all the main sites. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast was ok, not to big choice, but ok. Location was superb, just right at the coast, not to far away from the beach, in center of everything. Room was good, big enough, big double bed, just not comfy because of the Mattress

The Gran Hotel has recently been restored, but still keeps the charm when actors like Orson Wells and Clint Eastwood stayed there in the sixties. Its restaurant and bar is in a glamorous room with inlaid black and white marble floor leading to a rooftop pool with a view of the Bay. Great location.

Stayed here before. The location is excellent, right on the front and just a few minutes walk into the city. Pool is nice and the staff are excellent. Room is good.

Reception is very good tries to accommodate all you your requests. Not far from beach 10minutes walk. Close to restaurants and shops. Just around the corner is amazing and cheap place to have breakfast and lunch.

The staff were so friendly, especially Jesus on reception & Moses in the bar. The rooms were very clean & comfortable & the pool area was very nice
